Practice history<\/h1><\/div>

Dr. Alexandra Thies was looking for a suitable practice in Bochum in 2010. She actually comes from Witten, but has always felt a connection to the city of Bochum. She eventually took over the dental practice from Dr. G\u00fcnther Pracht, who had been working in Bochum for 36 years. The practice in Bochum city center was reopened on 01.10.2010 after renovation. Due to new building regulations, the fourth treatment room was converted into a large sterilization room. The third treatment room was initially only pre-installed and served as a meeting room for the time being. In summer 2015, it was equipped and put into operation as a treatment room.<\/p>\n

Dr. Alexandra Thies started with two employees. Over time, the number of patients increased and more employees were needed to manage the day-to-day running of the practice. In practice, training was also provided from the outset to support future generations. Since 2015, the team has been supported by an additional doctor. This has made it possible to extend the treatment times so that the practice is open every day until 19:00, with the exception of Friday.<\/p>\n

In the period from September to November 2016, practice operations had to be somewhat restricted because Dr. Thies gave birth to a daughter.<\/p>\n

The practice team and Dr. Thies have set themselves the goal of making your visit to the dentist as pleasant as possible. Should something not go to your satisfaction, please contact the team or Dr. Thies herself so that the practice procedures can be improved. The practice looks after several kindergartens and retirement homes in the surrounding area. All areas of modern dentistry are covered, with the exception of orthodontics. If orthodontic treatment is advisable or necessary, you will be referred to a specialist.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
